2025 Seasonal Staff

Welcome to the CYO Camps employee portal! Here, you'll find everything you need to prepare for working at camp this spring or summer. Please take some time to review all the information, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. We’re thrilled to have you as part of our team and can’t wait for an amazing camp season!

We are making improvements around camp and at Don Bosco we will be fixing the sunshine steps this spring!

PAPERWORK THAT MUST BE Completed ahead of time and BROUGHT WITH YOU

• At time of offer you will need to complete:

  • Employment agreement (this is on Paycom through the offer letter)

  • Virtus

    • Visit the Virtus website (Minors do not complete this step)

      • First time staff (including international staff): Click on "First-time registrant” —> begin the registration process —> Select “Seattle, WA (Archdiocese)” —> Create a username and make a password —> Provide all the information that it requires —> Select what camp location you will be working at (“Camp Hamilton” or “Camp Don Bosco”) —> It takes 1-1.5 hours to complete so make sure you have enough time to complete the videos and questions.

      • Past employees - Virtus accounts are valid for 5 years, if you have completed this within 5 years you are good to go.

      • Minors - Will not be making an account. Read this information, print and complete this form with your parent.

        • FAQS: If you have an account through a different location or from a different diocese.

  • Background check

    • First time employees: Login into your Virtus account —> select “Track 1” and complete the form.

    • Past employees: Background checks will be run every year, print and fill out this form.

    • International staff: Email angelina.belceto@seattlearch.org a copy of your background check information.

    • Minors: Print and fill out this form with you parent.

  Complete prior to first day:

  • Paycom account: all staff will receive a link from Paycom to fill out paperwork online ahead of the summer. Please check you junk folder if you cant find one. You’ll have a checklist of all of the forms through Paycom (W4, Direct Deposit, Emergency Information)

    • Returning staff: You will also need to re-complete this every year.

  • Minor staff:

  • Parent Work Authorization

  • The additional 2 Virtus forms (listed above)

  • International staff:

  • International background check (email to Angelina Belceto)

   

  What to bring on your first day:

  • Copies of any certifications (EX: Lifeguard, CPR & First Aid, Food Handlers etc.)

  • Completed paperwork

  • I-9 documentation, even if you have worked for us in the past. See list of allowed forms HERE

  • Some examples include:

  • A US passport

  • Original Birth certificate and social card (no photos or photocopies)

  • If you do not bring ALL this documentation, it will prevent you from beginning until you have the original copies and all documentation.
